Rise Health Group has a wide variety of Pilates programs which are run by our highly qualified and trained Pilates instructors.

CLINICAL PILATES

An individualised program of exercises to address your weakness, imbalances, control and strength. The program is designed to meet your individual needs and goals, progressing as you improve to ensure we not only achieve your best functional self but prevent recurrences and new problems.

PILATES INSTRUCTORS

Rise Health Group has a highly skilled and qualified team of instructors leading each Pilates class. With extensive knowledge in health fields outside of Pilates, our team have a more in-depth and cohesive understanding of the right class and program for you.
